Amber leads a thorough hiring process, ensuring that all our caregivers have clean backgrounds, completed TB testing, and possess the skills and experience needed to deliver the highest quality of care.

Hi, I’m Brittany. I started New Found Hope for my mom. When she fell seriously ill and needed a caregiver, my sister and I stepped in to support her because the caregiver assigned to her just wasn’t meeting her needs. The agency overseeing her care seemed distant and was hardly involved, leaving my mother without the support she truly deserved.
I founded New Found Hope with a mission to transform the way our loved ones receive care in their homes. My goal is to offer a compassionate hand in challenging times, ensuring no one feels alone on their journey. I poured my heart and soul into creating an agency that families can rely on, one that is not only personable and affordable but also deeply committed to being involved in every aspect of care.
